Ordering Policies

Please Note: Orders are for PICKUP ONLY from our Nursery at Trentham, Victoria.

All prices quoted are GST inclusive. Uncollected orders will not be held after 5 days unless notice is provided. DISCOUNTS apply for the following quantity of orders: ONE DOLLAR OFF the purchase price of each rose in a consignment of 10 or more. 50% deposit is required with orders of 10 or more roses in a consignment. This nursery is "Retail Only" and cannot give any greater discounts.

Payment:

Small orders under 10 roses must be paid in full upon lodgement of order, please. Large orders, over 10 roses, must be confirmed with half the value of the order and balance paid on collection at nursery. MasterCard and Visa may be authorized by mail phone or fax by quoting your name (as it appears on the card), number and expiry date. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to JOHN\'S WORLD. Refunds when applicable are made in August unless requested otherwise.

Warranty:

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to supply the number of roses ordered as quantities depend upon demand, weather conditions and stock received by us from our growers. Every effort will be made at JOHN\'S WORLD to correctly label plants as ordered. Where reasonable proof is given that the plants have been wrongly labelled or damaged by us, we will refund the original purchase money or correct the mistake with a new plant. But we give no warranty expressed or implied, as to the description, growth and/or productiveness and not be in any way responsible for the crop, as these factors are governed by forces which are beyond our control.

Plants Breeders Rights (Roses marked as PBR)

PBR = Protected Plants Breeders Rights. Propagation of protected varieties for commercialisation without licence is illegal. Serious penalties apply.
